Core System Upgrade Completed 

We have completed our core conversion. Our new system is now live, and here are some important updates:

  • The telephone banking system is currently unavailable until further notice.

  • We have new mobile apps. Please download the new app(s) from the Google Play or Apple App Store. The designs have changes please look for these icons:

CardControl

If you previously used the Industrial Bank CardControl feature, you will need to follow the below instructions to use the feature.

If you are new to CardControl, you only need to complete steps 2 and 3.  

  1. Remove the previous CardControl app (see below) from your mobile phone;

  2. Go to the Google or Apple Playstore and download the CardValet platform;

  3. Follow the instructions for registering your card. Once your card has been registered, you will see the Industrial Bank CardControl application and you can begin setting up your controls.

Core Conversion Customer Guide

This guide will tell you everything you need to know about the core conversion and how it impacts customer account activity during the conversion weekend.

Important Information for Quicken and Quickbook Users

Industrial Bank is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on July 17, 2023. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available below. The Conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:

1st Action Date: July 10th, 2023

It is recommended that a data file backup and a final transaction download be completed by this date.

2nd Action Date: July 17th, 2023

This is the action date for the remaining step on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
