*Qualification and Limitation Information: Qualifications, Limitations, and Rewards vary by account. Each individual is limited to one Kasasa checking account. Industrial Bank is not responsible for any delay by merchants in processing their transaction. Transactions and activities may take one (1) or more Business Days from the date the transaction or activity occurred to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account’s rewards. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: transactions in “pending” state, ATM-processed transactions, non-retail payment transactions, and purchases made with debit cards not issued by our bank, transfers between accounts, debit card transactions received by Industrial Bank as ATM transactions, ATM Withdrawals. Bundled transactions received as a single transaction count as a single transaction. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning one business day prior to the first day of the current statement cycle through one business day prior to the close of the current statement cycle.
Reward Information: When Kasasa Cash Back qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, you will receive (1) 3% cash back, up to an aggregate amount of $7.50 per monthly qualification cycle, on everyday debit card purchases totaling $250 or less that post and settle to your account during the monthly qualification. The account will receive reimbursements up to an aggregate total of $25 (max. $4.99 per single transaction without a receipt presented) for nationwide ATM withdrawal fees imposed by other financial institutions incurred during the monthly qualification cycle in which you qualified. An ATM receipt must be presented within 60 days of the transaction for reimbursements of individual ATM withdrawal fees of $5.00 or higher that are within the $25.00 maximum reimbursement for the cycle during which the withdrawal was incurred. If you believe you have not been reimbursed the correct amount of ATM withdrawal fees you must contact us within thirty (30) calendar days after the Statement Cycle where the reimbursement was applicable in order to receive a refund. When Kasasa Cash Back qualifications are not met, no cash back payments are made and ATM withdrawal fees are not refunded.
Additional Information: $25.00 minimum deposit is required to open the account. Account approval, conditions, qualifications, limits, timeframes, enrollments, logins, specific transactions, valid email address provided and in use, and other requirements apply. Monthly online banking log-on, agreement to receive electronic statements and the receipt of electronic statements, and 12 POS transactions that post and settle to your Kasasa checking account during the monthly statement cycle are conditions to receive rewards. There is no fee to open or close this account; there is no minimum balance requirement to avoid being charged a fee. There are no per check or per deposit fees charged.
