To request support for your organization, please complete the form below. Requests are limited to one per organization per calendar year.  Industrial Bank’s Sponsorship and Donation Committee will review your request within 45 days of submission and email a response regarding the outcome of the review. We focus our contributions on Financial Education, Community/Social Service and Homeownership. Please note: operating budget, startup costs, political campaign requests and financial support for an individual are NOT funded.
